1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Mentorsphir platform ("Service"), operated by Datasphir, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
2. Description of Service
Mentorsphir is a multi-tenant SaaS mentoring platform that enables organisations to create, manage, and measure mentoring programs. The platform provides tools for mentor–mentee matching, goal tracking, meeting scheduling, messaging, and analytics.
3. Account Registration and Security
To use Mentorsphir, you must register through your organisation's unique invitation link. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
- Upload or transmit malicious code or viruses
- Scrape or extract data from the platform without authorisation
- Misrepresent your identity or qualifications in your profile
5. Organisational Accounts
Organisations that subscribe to Mentorsphir agree to use the platform in compliance with these terms and their own applicable policies. Organisation administrators are responsible for managing their program members and ensuring appropriate use.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Mentorsphir platform are owned by Datasphir and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload to the platform, but grant us a licence to use it for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will endeavour to notify users in advance of planned downtime where possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Datasphir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
